WeatherXP (weatherxp.com) has no accounts, sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.

What our server receives

• What you look up: the place names you search for, the places whose forecast you open and the points you click on the map. We use them only to answer that request.
• Request details: like any website, our server gets your IP address, browser type and the page asked for with each request, and may keep them in its logs to run the site and protect it from abuse.

Your location

The “My location” button on the map asks your browser for your location, with your permission, and only uses it in your browser to move the map. It is not sent to us.

Other services the pages load

Our pages load styles, scripts and icons from cdnjs (Cloudflare) and jsDelivr, and the base map from OpenFreeMap. Your browser contacts them directly, so they see your IP address and the files requested. Their own privacy policies apply.

If this policy changes, this page will be updated and the date above changed.
